Become a partner of Hello Aarhus

As a partner of Hello Aarhus, you become part of a collaborative community that contributes valuable experience and insight into the city’s concrete needs and challenges. Together, we work to strengthen Aarhus’ international offering by avoiding overlap, identifying gaps, and developing new initiatives through strong partnerships.

As a partner of Hello Aarhus, you will have access to:

  • Workshops and network meetings focused on professional sparring, collaboration and strengthened communication among partners.
  • Sparring with our fundraiser, who can help and advise you on applying for new funding for internationalisation efforts in Aarhus, and access to other partners who may be interested in applying for funding together with you. (The fundraiser will be appointed in Q1 2026.)
  • Opportunities to participate in business-focused events on internationalisation, recruitment and the management of international employees.
  • Profiling on Hello Aarhus’ website and channels, providing the opportunity for increased visibility among both international citizens and companies.
  • A communications package and Hello Aarhus logo for use across your own activities and platforms.

Who can become a partner?

The partnership is open to all organisations, institutions and companies that actively work with internationalisation – whether the focus is housing, networking, culture, education or recruitment. Hello Aarhus is a community of partners who together make up the city’s international ecosystem. (Please note that the partnership is available to organisations and companies – not individual citizens. Everyone is, of course, welcome to follow our activities through our newsletter, social media channels and website)
